Meta Ads Sales & Retargeting Campaign
How we shifted [Client type, e.g. an online store] from chasing clicks to targeting buyer intent, using Facebook and Instagram prospecting plus retargeting to generate [X] sales at a [X]x return on ad spend in [timeframe].
The Challenge
[Client]'s ads were getting plenty of attention — clicks, likes and views — but very few of those people went on to buy. Most visitors left the website without purchasing and were never reached again, so a large share of the ad budget was being wasted.
Our Approach
We restructured the account into a full funnel: prospecting campaigns aimed at high-intent and lookalike audiences, product and offer-led creatives, and retargeting campaigns that brought back people who had visited the website, viewed products or added to cart without buying. Conversion tracking was set up with the Meta Pixel and Conversions API so every sale could be measured.
The Results
Over [timeframe], the campaigns generated [X] purchases and [€X] in revenue, at a [X]x return on ad spend. Retargeting alone brought back [X]% of visitors who had previously left without buying. [Add your real figures from Meta Ads Manager.]
Key Takeaways
Clicks and likes are not the goal — sales are. Targeting the right audience with a relevant offer, and following up with people who already showed interest, is what turns Meta Ads into a profitable sales channel.
